Official Obama Housing Websites
Here is the new website released 3/19 by the Obama administration that will help people determine if they are eligible under the new plan release March 4th. It’s taking the banks a little longer than the administration expected to get their systems ready for the new changes so they felt the need to give the public quicker answers to their questions as well as give them an idea of what can be done based on their personal situation.

This is very user friendly site. Also, please do not get caught up in the fact that this site only refers Fannie and Freddie loans. Bank Of America, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo have all committed to participate in the new plan. The Government is offering these banks pretty good incentives to hop on board so I’m sure the list of banks will grow in the coming months.
If anyone is in need or knows someone that is, tell them to start the process now. The sooner they start the process, the sooner they will get a resolution. It’s like taking a number and waiting your turn.
www.financialstability.gov is the other official Obama administration site we sent a few weeks ago.
If anyone has any questions, feel free and call me.
